I've been told so many times that I need to write down all the crazy things my boys do. To be honest, I've refused for such along time b/c, come on, who really wants to replay (or reread) crazy days? However, I've decided that these stories can be used for blackmail (hehehe) later in life. So here we go with another "Tale of Nolan"
Once upon a time, there was a little boy who loved to make mischief. LOTS of mischief. He was so good at making mischief that he noticed the very second his mommy would turn her back, and dump 'cup-of-soup' all over the floor and then dance in it. This little boy also loved to make his big brother's laugh. He would do all sorts of things like take off his diaper and climb up on the table and make farty sounds just for a laugh. His favorite sort of mischief always included water. Yep water. Just the other day, this little boy's mommy caught him dumping over the collected rain water in the back yard. Of course, after he had filled it with toys and taken off all of his clothes, diaper included.
One day, the little boy realized that he had 10 minutes everyday while his mommy took a shower to make all sorts of mischief. On this particular day, the little boy found his opportunity. Mommy went upstairs to take her shower, and he jumped into action. He climbed up on the counter in the kitchen and thought "boy, this counter is really messy. I think I'll clean it off." So, this little boy pushed everything off the counter including 2 laptops and a cell phone. He wasn't done yet. He thought that he could also help mommy by wiping the counters down with gallons of water and overflowing the sink so he could help mop the floor. Too bad the little boy forgot that the laptops and cell phone were still on the floor.
When mommy came down to see how the boys were doing, she found a very mischievous boy standing on the counter and about a half an inch of water on the floor, and of course, the water still running. The very not so happy mommy shewed the boy away and picked up the laptops. Who would have thought that a hard drive would make such a great filtration system with so much water pouring out of the vents.
Now you might think the story ends there, but it doesn't. Remember the little boy has 2 big brothers. While the mommy was cleaning up the mess, the 2 big boys were making a mess all their own. Potty training has it's pros and cons. At that moment, the 2 big boys need to go potty (number 2) and thought that they would help the mommy by not asking for help. Three toilet paper rolls later; one in the toilet with number 2 in it, and 2 others torn to pieces, some wet some dry, all over the upstairs bedrooms and hallway.
Lucky for the little boy that the mommy's insurance covered the damages otherwise it might have cost him his life, and for the 2 big boys that the mommy has a spot bot and plastic gloves.
A mother by any other name would be as sweet?

Do I laugh or cry with you? I'm still willing to take one. You decide which one...
