Not too late

Hopefully this isn't too late. Sometimes being the 4th child you get left out or behind. Nolan turned one almost 2 months ago, and I'm finally getting around to it. He is such a sweet boy, but he is quickly realizing how often he is left out. He's still a baby, and I want him that way. BUT it really makes him sad when Mike takes the twins on a ride in his 'cool truck' (as the boys call it) and he can't go. Nolan really thinks he is just as big as the twins. Weight wise he is, but that doesn't count. He wants to ride 'cool bikes' like the twins, swim with floaties like the twins, or even just go to nursery like the twins. My little baby is growing up.....faster than any of the others.

As a 1 year old, Nolan
crawls up and down the stairs
says bye bye, mama, dada, and NO
waves hi and goodbye
takes things from the twins and runs like mad
opens doors
laughs like crazy and makes others laugh too
signs more and finished
gives kisses
loves his blue silky blanket
is really ticklish
can eat 1 1/2 waffles
loves ice cream sandwiches
can play quietly by himself
goes down twisty slides face first
loves to feed the giraffes at the zoo
would rather be with Naomi than mom
enjoys waking the boys up in the morning
sits on the bottom stair
runs from the vacuum cleaner like a game
climbs into the drawer under the stove
would rather be outside
growls at the twins when he feels threatened
likes to play in daddy's 'cool truck'
rarely cries
pretends to talk on the phone
